HOW TO MAKE SOURSOP LEAF TEA

Ok, so the key to the treatment is by drinking the soursop leaf tea (with the optional pieces of bark) for approximately 2 months thereabout and you should see results thereafter...again.....No comprehensive human studies have been conducted to prove this.

Ideally, you drink a cup of the tea about half hour before each daily meal (Breakfast, Lunch  & Dinner) for about 2 months.

So now I am going to teach you how to make soursop leaf tea. I will do so by two ways, just in case you want to make it one cup at a time or if your pressed for time (like me) and prefer to make it in batches

Method 1 - A Cup of Soursop Leaf Tea

1.   Add 1 cup of water in a small pot and bring it to a boil.
2.  Cut the sour sop leaves into smaller pieces by tearing it apart; each leaf in three pieces.
3.  Place the soursop (graviola) leaves in your tea cup (glass, cup) and pour the boiling water on it then cover for 30mins – 1 hour ( this process is commonly called drawing the tea).
4.  Drink warm or cold – you may add sugar(I would suggest using honey here).

Method 2 - A Liter of Soursop Leaf Tea

1.   Add 1 liter of water in a small pot and bring it to a boil.
2. Cut 15 soursop leaves and a small stem into smaller pieces

3.  Place the soursop (graviola) leaves into the boiling water and continue to boil the water on a small flame for about 30 mins or until half the water evaporates.

4.  Drink warm or cold, when you decide– you may add sugar(again I would strongly suggest using honey here).

  2. foe 1 litre of water you use 15 leaves. For the one cup of "instant" tea, do you use 3 leaves as illustrated, or maybe 4 leaves. The 15 leaves would give you only 500ml of tea, so by logic you should use 6 leaves for the cup(250 ml)
